First April Blog

This week is a busy but substantial week. Started from Tuesday, there will be at least one game per day. It was second Junior Varsity Tennis home game on Tuesday. Since we don't have any picture for them, I went there and took several action shoots. On Wednesday, there was a tennis senior night and high school tennis game. Just as usual, I was responsible for taking their pictures. Besides, I am planning to get some pictures for soccer game tonight.

For academic, there was also a lot of academic works due this week. I got two tests this week, and another two will be on next week. One of them will be an English test about "The Alchemist". I have to say that I had never thought I can finish a book like this fast. We literally finished it within two weeks. Although this book is written in a relatively simple style, but the concept and theme of the book are not easily to understand.

last but not least, there is a very strange weather going on this week. It was about 3 celsius on Tuesday, but 23 degree on the day after. This fluctuant temperature made me afraid that my allergy will be triggered.

Journal 5: WAR IS PEACE FREEDOM IS SLAVERY IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH Describe what these three statements mean and their contradictions. How would you rationalize these statements?
